DAY 1:

FOUNDATIONS + BROW MAPPING & THEORY

🕘 Morning – PMU Fundamentals

  • Introduction to Permanent Makeup (PMU)

  • Sanitation, hygiene, and workspace setup

  • Skin anatomy: layers, healing, retention

  • Contraindications & client consultation

  • Understanding needles, blades, tools, and machines

  • Overview of Microblading vs. Ombre vs. Combo​

🕐 Afternoon – Color Theory & Brow Design

  • Fitzpatrick skin types & pigment selection

  • Cool vs. warm undertones, pigment fading

  • Color corrections & common mistakes

  • Brow mapping & shaping (string + pencil)

  • Practice mapping and pre-drawing on paper & latex

  • Homework: map 3 brows on latex for review

DAY 2:

TECHNIQUE DAY – LATEX PRACTICE (ALL HANDS-ON)

🕘 Morning – Microblading

  • Stroke patterns: spine, arches, and fronts

  • Correct depth, pressure, and hand angle

  • Practice on latex skin: front, mid, tail strokes

  • How to fix mistakes and blend strokes

🕐 Afternoon – Ombre Powder Brows

  • PMU machine handling and needle setup

  • Pixel shading and gradient building

  • Light front to bold tail design

  • Practice full Ombre brow on latex skin

  • Compare healed vs. fresh results

  • Instructor feedback and technique correction

  • Prep for model day: pigment selection & consent forms

DAY 3

LIVE MODEL + BUSINESS ESSENTIALS

🕘 Morning – Live Model (1 Model)

  • Pre-draw mapping and approval

  • Workstation setup & numbing process

  • Full Microblading or Ombre procedure (your choice)

  • Instructor closely guides every step

  • Aftercare instructions and client discussion

  • Healing process: what to expect, touch-ups

  • Pricing strategies & menu building

  • Photo tips: lighting, angles, editing

  • Social media marketing basics

  • Consent, waiver, and aftercare templates

  • Final Q&A, review, and certification ceremony
